Gas Safety Inspections
As a landlord you must ensure that any gas appliances (permanent or portable), and gas flues that you own and provide for use by your tenants have annual gas safety checks.
Through our fully qualified and Gas safe registered team of engineers we can support with your annual Gas Safety Inspection (GSI’s).
Once you instruct us to carry out the inspection you will receive an annual reminder that the next inspection is due to help you manage this.
In the unlikely event that problems are found during the inspection we will advise you of our findings and the best way to resolve the problem giving you peace of mind.
Boiler Breakdown
Boilers are machines and fallible; and often break down at the worst time! We are able to arrange repair of most leading makes of boiler and we will try and get there the same day. But if this isn’t possible we will do our best to support over the phone before we can attend in person. Once at the property we will investigate the fault and if required provide you with a report and quote as to how much further repairs are likely to cost.
Boiler Servicing
We can arrange the routine servicing of all leading makes of Gas boilers and will be happy to provide an estimate on request. Why not make it cheaper still by having the boiler serviced at the same time as the annual Gas Safety Inspection? Again we will be happy to make all the necessary arrangements on your behalf.
Boiler Replacement
We would be pleased to provide an estimate for the replacement of boilers which have reached the end of their life. We are able to arrange up to 5 years Manufacturers parts and Labour warranty on specific boilers for total peace of mind.
